eBay Registration
Click here for eBay registration. The first time you want to bid or buy on eBay, you'll need to go through the eBay registration process to set up a new eBay account. It's easy, free, and only takes a few minutes. After that, you will only need to go through the eBay sign in process when you want to bid or buy. Before registering note the following points:
- eBay registration requires you to select your country. It might, say, come up with United Kingdom as default, but you can select United States, Ireland (or wherever) from the pull down menu.
- A working email address is needed to complete eBay Registration
- During eBay registration you will be asked for a user ID. Give some thought to this as you are only allowed to change it once after 30 days. Make it something memorable to customers, and related to your business. For instance, I might choose 321Books.
- In opening your eBay account you will be asked to create a password for eBay sign in. Make this easy to remember, but difficult for a scammer to guess. Two memorable words separated by a memorable number makes a good password, e.g. "green6frasier".
