The Tesco Clubcard Credit Card combines the advantages of the Tesco Credit Card and the Tesco Club Card.

Tesco Credit Card

The Tesco Credit Card offers similar deals to most other credit cards. For instance:

• 0% interest on all purchases for a certain length of time.
• 0% on balance transfers for a certain length of time from account opening.
• a typical APR variable rate.

You should compare the deals you get with the Tesco Credit Card to those you get with other credit cards, before looking at the additional Tesco Club Card deals that come with the Tesco Clubcard Credit Card. 

If the Tesco Credit Card deals are better than those of other credit cards, then it is a no-brainer. Take out a Tesco Credit Card! But if the other cards have better deals then you will have to judge whether the Tesco Club Card deals outweigh the vanilla credit card deals.

(Note the the Tesco Clubcard Credit Card is really just the Tesco Credit Card. We will use the name Tesco Credit Card when just looking at the credit card aspects, and will use the full name when Tesco points are at stake.)

Tesco Club Card

The Tesco Club Card gives you points on making purchases at Tesco stores. You can, of course, have a Tesco Club Card as well as any credit card of your choice. But the Tesco Clubcard Credit Card gives you the ability to earn more points than a Tesco Club Card alone. 

Tesco Clubcard Credit Card

The Tesco Clubcard Credit Card, like the Tesco Club Card, gives you points when you shop at Tesco. But the Tesco Clubcard Credit Card also gives you points when you shop anywhere else. You don't get anywhere near as many points as when you shop at Tesco, but I guess every little counts.
