Tesco mobile phones can be bought online through Tesco Direct. Pay as you go phones come with Tesco Mobile Pay as you go tariff SIM card which connects you to the Tesco Mobile network.
Bulk purchase of Tesco mobile phones
Tesco mobile network operate a bulk purchase policy whereby purchases are restricted to a maximum of two mobile phones per customer. If a customer orders more than five phones the order will not be fulfilled.
Tesco mobile phones and number transfer
Once you bought your Tesco mobile phone and have your Tesco mobile PAC code you need to call Tesco Customer Care as it is only valid for 30 days. They transfer your existing number to your Tesco Mobile, which takes about 2 days. During this time you should use up credits on your current network. You can use your Tesco Mobile SIM card to make and receive calls using the temporary number.

Tesco don't give you any help with using your mobile phone. You need to use the phone handbook or go to the manufacturer's web site. Main reasons your phone might not be working:
- Run out of credit.
- No network coverage (see phone display).
- Battery isn't charged

- SIM card is dirty--clean it.
