Multimap is a UK based company but provides great street maps for Spain and most European countries.

To find a particular location, street, or topographical map, Multimap Spain, is hard to beat.

Multimap Spain provides detailed maps of Spain and you can navigate from Multimap Spain to find great maps for most other European countries. The maps for the UK, and for London in particular, are very good.

Other useful map sites providing European maps are: Mapquest, Yahoo, Google maps, Via Michelin, and Mappy. Microsoft own Multimap but, at least in Europe, have maintained the Multimap name.
