J.K. Rowling : Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be simultaneously published in both children and adult editions. In a further twist to its pre-publication market domination this meant it occupied both the 1 and 2 best-seller slots on Amazon on Christmas Eve 2004. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, broke all records with its first print run of 6.8 million copies and a second print run of an additional 1.7 million copies. It looks like Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince might do as well.
