7.00-7.30pm BBC1 Castaway Reality TV series following volunteers stranded off the coast of New Zealand, who aim to survive for 12 weeks without electricity or running water. Several weeks in, tensions are rising.

We don't do much sport, but UEFA Champions League Semi-final: Manchester United v AC Milan ITV 7.30-10.00 might be worth dipping into before the drama starts. The UK premier league leaders meet one of the best teams in Italy for a place in Europe's most important cup final. Dip out for:

9.00-10.00pm BBC1 Life Line Part 1 of two-part supernatural drama, concluding Thursday. Entrepreneur leads a successful but unfulfilled life. Meets the love of his life after a long separation, and she's not happy with her current partner. Sounds like a mundane girly drama, hope the ghost's a good one.

Record 9.00-10.00pm Five CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Charred body discovered with internal organs removed, and a wealthy woman is murdered. When's Grissom coming back :-(

10.35-11.15pm BBC1 One Life Behind the scenes of  Grazia magazine, including Haute Couture fashion shows in Paris, and chasing celebrity stories. Ugly Betty has shown how funny and ludicrous fashion magazines can be. Check this out to see if they are as ridiculous in real life. May start to drag, so dip out for:

11:00pm - 12:00am Five Law and Order: Special Victims Unit 9/21 - Pixies New York sexual crimes unit investigates murdered gymnast. I'm starting to suffer from a glut of Law and Order series, must prepare to dodge the TV addict squad (led by Dr. Aric Sigman).
